Magnum Geo-Solutions designed helical piles to support a total of four buildings in the Riverview Business Park, including the VMI building. This site consists of landfill material with depths of approximately 25’ to 40’. Percussion drilling was used to drill through the landfill material. The resulting holes were then backfilled, and the helical piles were installed down through to native material.
